Watch Johnny Depp Present an Award at The Hollywood Film Awards Drunk [VIDEO]

If Johnny Depp was to present me with an award, it would be a dream come true.  It would be an HONOR if he conducted his speech just like THIS....

There's a good chance Johnny was HAMMERED while presenting an award to a talent manager named Shep Gordon over the weekend, because he was acting weird . . . even for Johnny Depp.  He slurred his way through the whole thing, and he was having trouble standing upright on his own.

He began by commenting on the microphone.  After arriving at the podium, he said, "That's the weirdest microphone I've ever seen in my life.  Right?  Ehhhaa."
