Sing ABCs While Washing Your Hands

Now some may find this comical but it really works… singing the alphabet song is a great guide for knowing when you’ve washed your hands sufficiently. The proper amount of time to wash one’s hands is about 20 seconds long with soap and warm water. Since our hands touch just about everything throughout the day, it is imperative that we practice washing our hands to prevent spreading illnesses, infections, and germs in general.
