Voohees Man Arrested for Sexual Assaulting Woman on PATCO Rail Line
The assault took place on the Speedline between Philly and Lindenwold in the early morning hours of January 27.
45-year-old Charles Arcano, of Voorhees, approached and sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman as they rode the train, reports Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Arcano was arrested on this week by the Delaware River Port Authority in South Philadelphia, according to 6abc.com. He faces charges of first degree aggravated assault, sexual assault, aggravated sexual contact and criminal restraint.
As someone who rides PATCO often, I personally feel relieved this perpetrator was captured.
