When you’re a kid, school being cancelled is pretty much the greatest thing you can possibly fathom.  Which is why this video is so mean AND so great.

Some bus driver decided to prank a bunch of students by stopping the bus, and announcing that a water main broke at the school, and they’d all get to go home.

It was a simple ‘April Fools Joke’, that has recently become a Youtube hit.

The kids go nuts at :35, and find out it’s a prank at 1:30.

An enormous tornado with a debris cloud two miles wide tore through the metropolitan area just south of Oklahoma City on Monday afternoon.

UPDATE 9:28 p.m. EST: At least 51 people were killed in the storm, including seven children from Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, according to KFOR in Oklahoma City. The news station reported that 75 student and staff were inside the school when the storm struck. Officials said Monday night that the search of the rubble remaining of the school had turned to a recovery mission.

UPDATE 8:33 p.m. EST: At least 37 people have been killed in the storm, according to the local medical examiner. The two-mile wide twister, has been given a preliminary classification of an EF-4 tornado (winds of 166 to 200 mph), according to weather officials. Crews are continuing to search an area of 30 square miles for victims of the powerful storm.

UPDATE 7:49 p.m. EST: ABC News reports that at least 10 people have been killed in the storm in Moore, Okla. today.

UPDATE 7:04 p.m. EST: The AP reports that several children were pulled alive from the wreckage at Plaza Towers Elementary School, in Moore.

UPDATE 6:05 p.m. EST: CNN affiliate KFOR is reporting that people are pulling children out from the rubble of an elementary school in Moore. There is no official word yet on the condition of the children.

The town of Moore suffered tremendous damage as the twister gradually moved east, but it never did reach the downtown area of Oklahoma’s capital city. The National Weather Service had issued a tornado emergency warning for the region, a rarity for such a highly populated area. Schools, houses, businesses and many, many more buildings have been utterly devastated.

The tornado may also have touched down in or near the town of Newcastle, which is where many people who had been evacuated due to Sunday’s storms were sheltered.

In total, more than 171,000 people may have been in the path of the tornado, according to CNN.

A couple things to know:  1.) the deer got out of the bus alive  2.) There was only passenger on the bus, and he was un-harmed.  3.) The bus driver is going to need another pair of jeans.

Kai’s real name is Caleb Lawrence McGillvary.  He got his nickname because ‘he used a hatchet to subdue a man who ran over a California utility worker.‘ (NBC 10)

Like Charles Ramsey in Cleveland, TV reporters and cameras interviewed him after he saved the day, and Kai delivered an interview that was so off the wall, it received millions of hits on Youtube.

According to courierpostonline, he was spotted in Cherry Hill with friends just two days ago.  They gave him some money and dropped him off at a Greyhound bus station in Philadelphia, and then later called the cops.

Apparently our latest ‘internet sensation’ murdered 73-year-old Joseph Galfy Jr. of Clark, NJ.  It is believed Galfy died from blunt force trauma.  It is believed that Kai  relied on strangers for food, lodging and transportation.  Joseph Galfy was no different, but according to Kai’s Facebook page, Galfy drugged and took advantage of him.

Writers Note:  For the record, these are NOT my kids. :-)  Either way, both kids are very cute and surprised.  I especially love the kid on the right, who’s clueless while her sister is crying her eyes out.

In the video, a woman is filling up a red car when a gas attendant comes over. That’s when the driver, seemingly in a panic, starts to drive away. The woman pumping the gas is caught off guard and then literally thrown in the air as the pump tears off the pump, and gas begins gushing out.

Oh, don’t worry.  It gets better….

Considering he’s only SEVEN MONTHS OLD!

He seems to show no fear as he takes to the sport in his life-jacket. However, keep in mind that the child is not being pulled by a boat, he’s just being pulled along the shore line.  Also,  his Mom is running along beside him the entire time.

Charles Ramsey, in my opinion, is the best kind of heroes.  The ones that can save lives and make a difference, and make you laugh your butt off all at the same time. Here is the original video….

My first question I had for Drew and Jeff, was the process of reuniting as a group, did they pick up right where they left off?

Who’s a better boyband, NKOTB or Boyz II Men?

The group has performed in front of hundreds of thousands, surely there is a crazy story somewhere…..

Finally, we celebrate the reunion by discussing the past.  Drew comments on the real reason why 98 Degrees broke up, did they really just want to do their ‘own thing’?   (Hint: It has nothing to do with Jessica Simpson).
