Ventnor Chef Dominates Latest Food Network Show

Last night was a very special night for Absecon's own, Michael Brennan. The 24-year-old chef was featured on The Food Network's latest hit show, Cooks Vs Cons.  

Brennan, the executive chef from Cardinal Bistro in Ventnor, made his TV debut on the show where industry experts face off against amateur cooks. The competition tosses in secret ingredients, along with other twists and turns before a panel of judges 'blindly' tastes and critiques the dishes.

It turns out South Jersey's boy got the win last night! Way to go, Michael!!
