Unknown Animal Spotted in New Jersey

Ummm...what the HECK is this thing spotted running around a neighborhood in New Jersey?

Some are saying it is some type of chupacabra - a creature of legend that some say don't really exist. Others are claiming that this is a coyote or a fox with mange.

Or this odd looking creature may be some type of a Canid, which is an ancient off-shoot of a dog that existed millions of years ago! Most likely it could be a Maned Wolf.
