‘TWIZOO’ – Social Spring’s App of The Week

If you ever find yourself in a new city and don't know what to eat, use 'Twizoo!' It's like Twitter and Yelp had a baby.

I completely wish I had this app when I visited Philadelphia two weeks ago.  'Twizoo' uses Twitter to provides restaurant reviews by collecting all the tweets mentioning the restaurant.

So, normally you may go to Yelp to check out reviews of local restaurants. Well, 'Twizoo' is better than Yelp in my opinion because you get a more casual review. I always feel people can be really harsh on Yelp. Twitter is so fun and appealing, and full of 'foodies' (food lovers) that I think it can be a great source to see what's good according to locals.

Pretty cool right? For now, there's only major cities like New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, London, etc. Hopefully it comes to Atlantic City soon!
