Tony’s Baltimore Grill Plans Bankruptcy

A popular Atlantic City local landmark has filled for bankruptcy protection.  

Tony's Baltimore Grill has been a part of Atlantic City and South Jersey since 1966. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the restaurant filed bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of U.S. Bankruptcy Code. This would show their willingness to try and stay open while the debt is being restructured.

The restaurant, still located on Atlantic Ave, has been a part of Atlantic City for the past 50 years. Tony's has been serving regulars and tourists since it first opened its doors.
