It's perfect for those people who love haunted places or refuse to move into a place that may possibly have ghosts. You're able to use DiedInHouse just by entering your credit card information to pay the $11.99.That's not too bad for some peace of mind, or interesting information about your new humble abode.

Keep in mind also that when buying a new house, the seller isn't required to let you know whether someone has died in your new home. All the more reason to do some investigating yourself. This sounds like either a really good idea, or really bad idea considering I just moved into my new place in South Jersey...alone.
