The Woman's Club of Vineland are collecting bras to send to 'Free the Girls' to help young women in the community.

'Free the Girls' is a nonprofit organization that helps women and girls around the world who have fallen victim to sex trafficking and prostitution.

The Woman's Club of Vineland, a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, are joining the nonprofit organization by collecting new and slightly used bras. So far, they have collected 109 bras, according to a story published in NJ.com.

Women who have been victimized usually have limited resources, and have to resort to many options to make money. This is why bras are necessary, and not for the reason you're thinking. Women sell bras at second-hand clothing stores to make five times the minimum wage in their community, NJ.com reports.

By helping women collect bras, The Woman's Club of Vineland lend their support as these women create a new life for themselves.

NJ.com says The Woman's Club of Vineland are always looking for ways to help women on a local and global level.
