I always wanted to be “that guy”. The one that was clearly in shape. After just three weeks at Train Studios at Consumer Square in Mays Landing, I’m reaching toward my goals much faster than I thought.
I’ve lost 12 lbs in two weeks, my stomach is much more firm and flatter then ever, and I’m able to take on more exercises at Train then ever before. I would also like to add that I have more confidence in myself, I’m getting better qualify sleep, and I’m back pain free!
