Nearly nine million people have watched this video since it was posted on YouTube just four days ago. The man's friends staged the prank to give him a wake-up call after five DUIs!
After the guy passed out drunk, they smuggled him into a fake hospital room and wired him up to medical equipment. He awoke to doctors and a nurse he told him he had been in a coma for ten years!
The whole idea was the brainchild of American comedian Tom Mabe who'd seen his friend suffer with an apparent drinking problem.
