The Cheapest Person In South Jersey [POLL]

We're on the hunt for the cheapest person in South Jersey.  Can you help us?

Warning!  The following examples of being "cheap" could apply to you!

--Go to restaurant and eat the free chips/salsa, order water (free) and leave a two dollar tip.

--Drive around the block to find a parking meter that is still running.  Practically spending a dollar to save a dime.

--While going to the movies, you go  through the garbage to find a used jumbo popcorn bucket.  You take the bucket, and get a half price/free batch of popcorn (Note:  I really had a friend who did that, tasty huh?)
