August 22, 2013 The 2nd Annual First State Queens Pageant is taking place on Sunday, September 8th! Last year the tri-state pageant's title of First State Pre-Teen Queen went to Vineland's own Shelby Ward. And for the first time, the event will offer a separate talent competition!
