South Jersey Shore Town Doesn’t Want To Be THAT ‘Jersey Shore’
June 1, 2012 The shore towns of Avalon and Stone Harbor have squashed a planned reality show fearing 'Jersey Shore'-like stigma. The series 'Start Up Beach House' was set to begin filming in August but the project was rejected yesterday.
The South Jersey resort towns now prefer to avoid the scandal and bad reputation they feel Seaside Heights has gotten as a result of reality TV.
