Do you ever find yourself thinking you may have a drinking problem? National Alcohol Screening Day, or NASD, is held on April 6th and the goal is to help spread awareness on the dangers of alcohol dependency.

Today, begins my first-person experience with breast cancer screening beyond self-exam.  I have no idea what to expect during my first mammography at Atlantic Medical Imaging today.  But I know early detection is key, so it's worth peace of mind. **What does it really feel like to have a mammogram?
