Authorities in Bridgeton, New Jersey are investigating the drowning of a baby Wednesday morning as the community mourns.  The 8-month old boy was found unattended in the bathtub at Bridgeton Villas apartment complex.  An officer attempted to revive the child but was unsuccessful and the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred on Fishing Creek Road near Capewoods and Academy when the man's vehicle struck a utility pole.  The victim's name has yet to be released.
