A few weeks ago, we told you about a Glassboro High School  Student asking Justin Bieber to the prom. Later, Tom Morgan sat down with him about his "plan of action" to bring Justin to South Jersey. Since then, this South Jersey kid received national attention from the likes of Perez Hilton. Did it work?
