Chances are, you've seen those lucky numbers printed on a slip of paper inside of a fortune cookie and just tossed them aside. For one man, he played the New Jersey Lottery with those numbers and won big.

Atlantic County SPCA has reached out to us with a desperate plea.  They recently rescued an 8-month old puppy on the brink of death.  She was living in a basement in Pleasantville, allegedly being starved to death. She is currently at Red Bank Animal Hospital, with a $2,500 vet bill (and rising). Can you help save Hope?
