Fall is here and the holidays are coming.  This month I'm all about nesting, rejuvenating my skin for the coming winter, snuggling up with a book or indulging in some tube time, and warming up from the inside out.

You can file this one under 'From The Kitchen Of Heather DeLuca'.  Sometimes after a long day the last thing I want to do is create an entire meal.  Especially during the summer when the heat makes me cringe at the idea of turning on the stove or oven.  So I'm constantly turning to satisfying snacks I can doctor up with 5 ingredients or less.  Time and again I go back to my Triscuit Nacho Platter.

Driving around South Jersey is nice this time of year, just not when your running an errand and your looking for that one item...
