When a car chase is on people drop everything they are doing to watch. Especially when the perp is a woman and she (allegedly) steals 2 cop cars in Camden and Philly!

I absolutely love watching car chases. This video of a car chase in Camden, NJ is from a few years back. 2013 to be exact, according to the report by CBS Philly.
