Spinach Recall For New Jersey

There's been a multi state recall on bags of spinach which could possibly have the potential for salmonella. The latest food recall list does include the Garden State. According to NBC News, Dole announced a recall on their bagged spinach this morning. The recall went into effect for 13 states including, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

The Dole bagged spinach on the recall list will have the product code A27409B and A27409A in the upper right corner of the package. Also look for an "Enjoy By" or sell-by date of October 15 and a UPC code of 7143000976 on the back of the bag.

So far, no cases of illness have been reported.
