South jersey swimmer, Kelsi Worrell, is heading to the Rio Olympics after earning a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.

And congratulations to the 21-year-old! NBC10 Philadelphia says this will be her first time ever competing for the U.S. Olympic team!

After winning the 100-meter butterfly at the U.S. swimming trials Monday night, she's also gained the second fastest time in the world at 56.48 seconds! Pretty impressive considering that she didn't even make the American squad last year, according to CBS Philly.

Now, this Voorhees township native is off to the Olympics!

Congratulations is also in order for Dana Vollmer, who will be competing for the Olympic team for the second time!

Vollmer came second behind Worrell with a finishing time of 57.21 seconds. Mind you, this is less than 16 months after giving birth to her first child, according to CBS Philly.

The new mom is also a four-time gold medalist, so no surprise that she made it to the U.S. Olympic team!
