When South Jersey mom Koeberle Bull called 9-1-1 to report a hate-filled message she received on Facebook, she didn't know she was potentially saving lives in another state.

Last Wednesday, Bull, of Lumberton, received a message from a man named Dylan Jarrell, who was taunting Bull with racial slurs about the color of her children's skin, all of whom are African-American.

"[He was] basically repeating himself about hoping my children would die and be hung because they're black. It was definitely racially motivated, 'you and your monkey children' and using the 'n' word a lot," she said. (via WKYT-TV)

Although not directly threatening, Bull decided to contact authorities in 20-year-old Jarrell's home state of Kentucky about the message. She told WKYT-TV in Lexington that she felt something wasn't right, and that there may be something more going on with Jarrell.

Kentucky State Police reportedly arrived to Jarrell's home in Lawrenceburg just as he was about to drive away. Inside his vehicle they found hundreds of rounds of ammunition and a detailed plan to attack two schools in the area of Anderson County.

During a news conference, Commissioner Rick Sanders said, “There is no doubt in my mind that as a result of this investigation we saved lives." Something that may not have happened if it wasn't for the bravery of Koerberle Bull, and her choice to follow her gut instinct.
