A South Jersey man has found himself in trouble in Virginia as he threatened to bomb a Greyhound bus he was traveling on - on the busiest travel day of the year.

David Servais of Millville was charged by Virginia State Police with this threat, also for being drunk in public, synthetic marijuana possession, and being a fugitive from justice.

The Press of Atlantic City reports that a 911 call came in early in the morning on the eve of Thanksgiving from a passenger on the bus, which was traveling on Interstate 95 from Richmond to New York.

Police say Servais was threatening other passengers and at one point barricaded himself in the bathroom at the back of the bus.

Police were also forced to close the HOV lanes on I-95 for about three hours.
