This bada** Santa was asked by a mall to tone down with his goofy poses and exposed tattoos, and fans are NOT happy.

What has the world come to where a Santa can't be cool and up-to-date? It's 2017!

Well, that apparently doesn't fly at Oxyford Valley Mall in Pennsylvania. "Santa Scott," everyone's favorite tattooed Santa known for his silly poses like hanging kids upside down, or baring his "naughty" and "nice" forearm tattoos, was asked to keep it traditional.

According to the mall, they are "dedicated to preserving the tradition and image of Santa." Keep in mind, that it wouldn't be that hard to believe that Santa would have tattoos in this day and age.

Now, thanks to his fans, they're blowing up social media to get their favorite Santa back to his old ways:

I mean c'mon, look at the kid's face! Doesn't he look happy?

If the kids aren't complaining, why not keep him?

I hope Cherry Hill Programs (who run the mall), change their mind and let 'Santa Scott' show off his individuality.

In the meantime, fans will still be going to see their favorite Santa.
