Safe Trick-Or-Treat [PHOTOS]

Safe Trick-Or-Treat took place at Birch Grove Park in Northfield from Noon to 2pm this past Sunday and was filled with Halloween fun, including a Monster Mash Dance-A-Thon, Costume Contest, Pumpkin Picking and best of all - CANDY!
