Runners Brave Wind and Rain to Tackle Insane Inflatable 5k

Saturday was expected to mark the arrival of Hurricane Joaquin. While South Jersey dodged that bullet, high winds and heavy rains still paid us a visit. That was no matter to fun-seekers looking to experience the giant obstacle 5k course at Insane Inflatable in Medford.

Thousands descended on the grounds of the Flying W Airport to make their way around the inflatable obstacle course. The steady rain made for slicker slides and splashes that felt more water park than anything! Some dressed in winter gear (like me and The Mike Show), some dressed in costume, we all made the best of the gloomy day--weather that rarely holds down South Jersey!
