Right or Wrong? What Neighbors Did To Halloween Party

Was it right that someone called the cops at 7pm on a Saturday, or was totally uncool?

So Wife Karin and I were invited to a Halloween party this past Saturday night, which included kids of all ages...

It was mostly an outdoor party with music and lights and adult beverages.

The party started at 6pm, we arrived about 6:45.  At just a little past 7pm the COPS SHOWED UP after a noise complaint call from someone in the neighborhood.

The police were very nice and told the host of the party, "You have until 11pm".

Was it right that someone called the cops at 7pm on a Saturday, or was totally uncool?
