Possible Tornado Touchdown in Camden and Gloucester Counties
There are eyewitness reports that a possible tornado touched down in parts of Camden County as wicked storms wreaked havoc on the region Tuesday night.
The National Weather Service has not confirmed the presence of a tornado, but several photos posted by Gloucester Twp. Patch show the shaping of a funnel cloud over the Save-a-Lot store just off Blackwood-Clementon Rd. in Clementon.
According to Patch.com, several counties are without power, there are downed trees up and down many area roadways including Route 295, and a portion of Macy's roof at Deptford Mall in Gloucester County may have lifted.
