Police Search for Missing Man From Linwood

A 28-year old man was reported missing as of Wednesday night...

According to NBC 40:

Family members say "Valerie Igor Tsyganov" was last seen leaving the Shore Medical Center in Somers Point.

Linwood Police say Tsyganov is described as a white man, weighing 150 pounds, and is about 6 feet tall. There are also scars on his upper right arm.
