If this photo doesn't make you wake up and want to help those less fortunate, no offense but you have no soul.  A New York City Police officer was recently snapped during a moment of extreme generosity when he encountered a shoeless man on the streets last week.

A tourist from Arizona visiting Time Square on November 14 took the photo of Policeman Larry DePrimo who patrols in Manhattan's 6th district.

According to the New York Times, DePrimo noticed the vagrant not wearing any shoes.  The officer went to the Sketchers store and purchased a pair of insulated boots and socks for the man.

DePrimo tells the NY Times:

“It was freezing out and you could see the blisters on the man’s feet. I had two pairs of socks and I was still cold."
