Party City Employee Maced By Shoplifter In Mt. Laurel

While confronting shoplifters, a Party City worker was sprayed in the face with mace in Mount Laurel, police say.

The occurrence happened at the Party City on the 1100 block of Nixon Drive in Mount Laurel, NJ around 7:45 p.m. on May 9th.

Police say that four female suspects were filling large shopping bags with merchandise and until they were full then shortly after left the store, which is when the employee confronted them.

Police go on to say when that employee got close to the suspects one of them pulled out mace and sprayed her in the face and left in a getaway car.

The four suspects left in a '90s model Nissan Pathfinder with damage on the driver side door that has Pennsylvania license plates.
