Parent Picked Up Kid on Motorcycle at School

I could not believe what I saw when I went to pick up my son at school! Is it safe to do this to a child?

I saw a father picking up his 7 year old son from school on a MOTORCYCLE! The dad handed the boy a helmet and he helped him on the back of the bike and off they went.

I figured maybe it was a one time thing. Maybe his car was in the shop and he rode the motorcycle to pick up the child in a pinch...until it happened again the next two days, too!
