Outrageous Birthday Party Invitation

Listener Maria in Egg Harbor City told us she reveived the most unusual birthday invitation and doesn't know if she should go or not. Would YOU go to this kind of party?

It's a birthday party for her friend's DOG. Yes, a DOG BIRTHDAY PARTY.

Maria tells us that it says on the invitation that her "plus 1" must be a pet.

It's a full blown birthday party for her friend's dog, with a DJ, decorations and the party is even being catered with people food and animal food.

And get this -- the party's host even included, in the inviation, that her dog is registered at PET SMART! (is that even possible?)

Is it wrong to throw such an over-the-top, full blown birthday party for A DOG?
