This isn’t the first time we’ve talked about this—and unfortunately, it won’t be the last.
People have only talked about this since the 1800′s.
Today, voters in Ocean City will decide whether the dry town will repeal a 28-year-old prohibition on public alcohol consumption (or drama that never ends.)
