A South Jersey woman has admitted to giving her husband's grandmother a deadly drink laced with antifreeze.

Gloucester County prosecutors tell 6abc.com that Anne Castagna, 46, of Brooklawn, admitted to causing the 2012 death of 88-year-old Mary Groatman by poisoning her during a visit to Groatman's rehab center. Groatman, was found in a coma hours later and died after being removed from life support. Castagna entered a guilty plea for aggravated manslaughter Monday, one day before jury selection in her murder trial.

Castagna now faces 25-years in state prison. Sentencing is scheduled for February 5.

Prosecutors have not shared Castagna's motive for the poisoning.
