NJ Female Runner Banned For Life

New Jersey mother of twins and runner Gia Alvarez has been BANNED FOR LIFE from running the Boston Marathon and you won't believe WHY!

She was going to wear her friend's number "bib". Wearing someone else's number bib is against the rules of the Boston Athletic Association, the governing body of the Boston Marathon.

A runner's bib is the official race number, issued to you by the race organization, and is the official number that is pinned to your shirt during the race to identify who you are.
