It's harder to find good quality customer service these days, but this particular 'service' was just embarrassing.

 

We've all had to deal with a customer service rep on the phone.  Some are very polite, and some are not so polite.

 

And then there are others that just won't take 'No' for an answer:

 

 

 

 

 

This conversation doesn't reflect all Comcast employees or it's services, just one really annoying employee.
