New data shows New Jersey's unemployment rate since January has dipped to 4.5 percent.

Philly.com, reports that this is the lowest percentage rate since November 2007. This new low unemployment rate is LOWER than the national rate of 4.9 percent.

Gov. Chris Christie attributes this new low unemployment rate to his low-regulation policies and opposition to Democratic proposals to raise taxes. Basically, thanks to these policies, it led to the state's economic recovery.

While New Jersey's job recovery lagged behind other states, Philly reports New Jersey now has lower rates than Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.

Pretty goods news for the people of New Jersey! Read more on Philly.com.
