New Jersey State Marine Police rescue nearly a dozen people and a dog after their boat overturns.

NBC10 Philadelphia says, they reported to the scene after receiving a call of a sinking boat in the Point Pleasant Canal.

Thankfully, everyone was evacuated safely, and since they denied medical attention, its safe to assume there were no injuries.

New Jersey State Marine Police also mention that if the victims weren't wearing their life vests, the situation could have been potentially much worse.

There doesn't seem to be any information how the boat overturned. Thankfully, authorities were able to rescue everyone just in time.
