A 75 year old woman by the name of Dawn Paulus could be evicted from her home, because of the craziest New Jersey law ever.
In Phillipsburg, 75-year-old Dawn Paulus faces the possibility of eviction– for hanging three American flags from her balcony! Yes, believe it or not, the three little flags Dawn hung from her sixth floor balcony have caused a huge controversy, and could get her evicted. How is this possible?
Because New Jersey state law says nothing can be hanging from a balcony in New Jersey.
Listen, I love the Garden state as much as you do—but REALLY??!!
So far, Ms. Paulus has refused to take down her flags and wants a legal opinion before she complies.
