Multiple Injuries Following Crash in Middle Township

Several people, including a young child, were injured today after a serious accident on route 47 near Fulling Mill Road in Middle Township, Cape May County.

A woman behind the wheel of a green car was heading north on route 47 when she lost control and swerved into the other lane, NBC40.net reports. Her car collided with a silver car carrying five passengers. The driver of the green car suffered a head injury, officials report.

Police say that there are multiple people with serious injuries, including a young child.
