Miss America Draws Herselfie In 30 Seconds

I am an artist and I am always hearing people say, "I wish I could draw or paint like you do, but I can't even draw a stick figure."

Sure you can!

It is so important that kids AND adults visually express themselves creatively, and I encourage them to do so whenever possible. I really believe that.

A fun idea that I came up with is the "30 Second Celebrity Selfie", where I have celebrities draw themselves in 30 seconds or less and sign their work of art. Pop culture is so obsessed with cell phone selfies, and celebrities, that seeing someone famous express themselves in a drawing is a natural!

Here is Miss America 2016 Betty Cantrell, a few days after she was crowned, taking her "30 Second Selfie".
