Medford Teen Set to Appear in New Season of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’
South Jersey has a more vested interest in watching the hit TV show now.
Season nine of 'The Walking Dead,' is coming to a TV near you soon. Mark it on your calendars; October 7th at 9 p.m. Sundays on AMC. Many fans are already talking about this upcoming season though, as it is Andrew Lincoln's final season playing Rick Grimes. But for us in South Jersey we have more of an interest now because one of our own will appear in an upcoming episode this season.
Enter Jadyn Krouse, a 13 year-old from Medford, has been cast in the upcoming season. The Medford Memorial Middle School student tells the Burlington County Times that she will appear in a "pivotal scene," but for obvious legal reasons she is not allowed to give out any more information than that.
“This is going to be the episode people are going to talk about,” said Jadyn.
Jadyn is training at the Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center in New York. Stars like Natalie Portman, Zach Braff, and Robert Downey Jr. all got their starts at the school.
