Maroon 5 to Play the First-Ever Concert at Revel

Beyonce will be the biggest name to play the new Revel casino resort in May, but she won’t be the first.  That honor will go to Maroon 5, which will christen Revel’s 5,000-seat Ovation Hall on May 18.

The band has won three Grammy awards and sold 17 million records.

Tickets go on sale April 7 at Ticketmaster. Beyonce is playing three shows at Revel over Memorial Day weekend.

The $2.4 billion resort is opening April 2.
