You have to shake your head in disbelief at some people occasionally. We tend to have more SMH moments when it comes to other idiots on the road. Luckily, this reckless driver was caught on tape and the rest of the story really comes together very nicely.

An Ocean County man who passed a stopped school bus that was transporting students was caught on video.

Thanks to the video, the driver of the truck was tracked down and charged as a result, the prosecutor’s office told Toms River Patch Thursday evening.

Alfonso D. Rodriguez-Rojas, 36, of Lakewood, and here's a shocker...whose license was suspended at the time of the incident, was charged with reckless driving, improper passing, passing a stopped school bus and driving while suspended, said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

The incident on County Line Road was captured by a motorist’s dashcam and was published by The Lakewood Scoop, Della Fave said, where the prosecutor’s office saw it.

Thankfully no one was hurt due to this man's crazy driving!
