Be careful ordering top shelf liquor, it may not be what you think it is.

29 restaurants and bars in New Jersey, including 13 TGI Fridays, are accused by the Attorney General of substituting premium alcoholic beverage brands for non-premium brands.

It's been labelled 'Operation Swill', in which 'a customer orders a top shelf drink, but the bartender pours a less expensive liquor and the customer still pays the premium price.' (ABC-6)

Bars and restaurants in South Jersey that are currently under investigation include the Italian Affair in Glassboro, Villari's Lakeside in Sicklerville, Sunset Tavern in Burlington, Sona Thirteen in Morristown, and Yesterdays in Marmora.
