Police in Linwood were called to Mainland Regional High School Friday, when it was discovered a student was making threats to bomb the school.

According to Linwood Police, the student told several fellow students about his desire, and also talked about a "kill list." Several students reported the incidents to staff, who contacted police.

Police say the student was immediately removed from the school and was taken to the police station for questioning. His parents were also involved in the discussions, and police report they were "supportive of the investigation."

The incident remains under investigation.
