The lists are coming out to salute the Best and Worst of 2012 - time to see what certain publications are thinking in certain categories.

Best Movie of 2012 -- Marvel Comics The Avengers made the most money this year with over $1.5 Billion worldwide, Entertainment Weekly picked the hunt for Bin Laden film Zero Dark Thirty, while Time magazine went for the foreign flick Amour.  You won't see One For The Money make this list, as many have called Katherine Heigl's attempt at reinventing herself one of the Worst of 2012.

Best TV Show of 2012 -- EW goes for Homeland which has become the best drama on TV, Time says it's Parks & Recreations which is possibly the best comedy on TV, E! says it is Community who is hoping to survive Season 4, TV Guide says it is The Big Bang Theory (love this show!), and the Nielsen Ratings says Sunday Night Football is the most watched. Are you shocked 90210 is not making this list?  You shouldn't!

Celebrity of the Year -- EW may have nailed this by recognizing Ben Affleck, who may have a big start to 2013 during the awards season for Argo.  Many are recognizing Honey Boo Boo - well I guess she is a celebrity?

Song of the Year (that is not from Adele) -- You cannot deny Adele's dominance, so looking beyond her we see E! going with "Gangman Style" by PSY (most played video in YouTube history), EW says it's "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen, the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart saw "Somebody That I Used to Know" by Gotye spend 24 weeks in the Top-10 (longest run of the year), and Time calls "Climax" by Usher the best of the year.  Look for SoJO's list of the best songs of 2012 soon!
